So will they let me buy the soda package for my fiancé? She never drinks alcohol and I'm not going to buy the ultimate package for us both. That would be a definite waste.

They may possibly let you get the soda package for your fiance once onboard, but that is not commonly done pre-cruise.

I didn't think they would let me do that Bob unless I can prove she has a medical condition that won't allow her to drink alcohol, and even then I bet they would turn me down. We are on the Brilliance on the 26th.

No need for medical documentation.  Just call to purchase.  There have been lots of reports allowing the replenish package to be purchased instead of the delux, only a couple that I recall of them letting you purchase the soda package.

Anyone from uk experienced drink package prices go down? Not cruising til next year but it's sitting at £39.50 ea approx $52

Not sure about the soda package but you can purchase the refreshment package for her while you get the deluxe drink package.  You just have to call - we just did this for 2 cabins in our group.
