E-mail address for post cruise complaint letter

Following my poor experience on Odyssey 3 years ago I found that the quickest way to get a satisfactory response was  by emailing Seabourn Club, who then collaborated with Guest Relations. I emailed direct to Club. SeabournClub@Seabourn.com. My TA offered to contact on my behalf but  I was happy to start the ball rolling without his  help. 

The resolution was swift and we were happy with how SB handled the complaint.

Just wish that we had never needed to complain and I'm sorry that you're having to do it too.
