Can't bring up any itineraries either, it just says the same "we are having technical difficulties" message. It hasn't worked since yesterday (?). So is the site still down? Are you looking for a cruise? I always go through the "Plan a Cruise" option on Princess's website to look up a cruise whether I plan to book or not. Yesterday the site was not showing the "html" version, just a list of all the sections on the site. Seems to be back to normal today.
