Chops for lunch on embarkation day using ultimate dining

I purchased the ultimate dining package for the Jewel since they had it on sale for black Friday.  I already paid for the chops lunch on embarkation day.  I cancelled that since I have the ultimate dining package.  Does anybody know if I can use it at Chops for lunch on embarkation day?  It only states lunch is included on sea days, which we only have one sea day.  It does not state lunch for the first day.

This will vary from ship-to-ship. My experience is that if the restaurant is open on embark day, they will honor the UDP for lunch.

Yes you will be able to use it, the only question was will it be open and you already know that, love chops for lunch , normally less crowded than for dinner.
