I have searched but could not find much info on these rooms.

I am wondering if there is much noise from the grand foyer area, or the theater.

Also is there much foot traffic in the hallways.

If anyone has any experience with these rooms, I would love to hear some feedback.

Thanks.

We did one a few years ago and didn't have any issues with noise.  We were not near the theater so I can't comment on that.  Most of the oceanview rooms are below the stores and casino, there are none below the theater.  They are pretty handy come dinner time though!

We stayed in one of these cabins, about 6 doors in from the entrance to our hallway from passport bar.  I think we were in 3150 or thereabouts.  There was a slight bit of window rattle noise but nothing from the foyer or theater.  We were on the even numbers side and had rooms right across from us.  There were a few people that used this hallway from the foyer to the theater but most were probably staying somewhere down this hallway and not noisy at all.

I do understand, those rooms under the casino / hallway in front of the shops (which is not carpeted) and Quasar (if that is still there) are quite a bit noisier than those on our side ... so choose a cabin ending in an even number.  No real issues ... I would book this location again in a heartbeat.  The location is so very convenient, too.

thank you hrhdhd , I am pretty much "sold" on one of these rooms.  I cant cruise right now, but when I can, it will be Celebrity, and most likely an S class ship, and one of these rooms.  Dreaming until the day I can cruise.  Thanks all.
