On Board Credit on booking from US

Booked my cruise though a US TA although I live in the UK.  I bought onboard credit in the UK.  I want to use it to book a shore excursion (while the discount lasts), but I can't see it on my booking or I don't know where to look.  Where should I be able to see it?

Only Celebrity OBC shows up and it should show up as a drop down box  when you go on your account.  OBC from other sources will not show up until you get on the ship and may take a day or two.  Don't know if there is a difference if purchased in the UK.

Apparently I was informed incorrectly by celebrity. If you buy yourself on board credit (worth it from the uk because if the exchange rate) you have t spend it on your cruise. Oh well you live and learn.
