Amsterdam - need suggestion for group to meet for tour

I've never been on the Amsterdam.  I need a place to have a small group gather so that we can all exit the ship together to meet our private tour guide.  Can someone help with a suggested meeting place that would be fairly convenient to the exits for disembarking?

The Atrium is in the center of the ship starting on Deck Three - lower promenade deck and going up three decks .

It has a striking four-sided, stunning astrolabe tower going all the way up the center of these three decks with a circular staircase surrounding it. Just gorgeous.

 

Meeting at the bottom of this Atrium would put you closer to most likely the forward gangplank exit.  The actualy departure deck will depend on the port and the water level but it is usually on the crew level deck - Deck B - the stairway by the Show Lounge in the front of the ship is where you usually go down to the exit level.

 

 If it is a tender port, you will need to pick up tender tickets together as a group, so you may want to meet where they are handing those tickets out - or the deck level of the center Atrium where the tender ticket desk will be located - they will announce where to meet to get those tickets.

 

There are any number or unique spots on the ship to meet - with seating or not. So the Atrium suggestion is just one of them.  There is seating along the wall and often chairs out in the bottom of the Atrium, on Deck 3.

On the smaller ships, we choose the Ocean Bar as out meeting spot.

 

It's worked out well.

I was also going to suggest the Ocean Bar -- seats available for those that need them.  It is a great place to meet when the ship is docked.

 

If it is a tender port, then all of you will have to get tender tickets and wait in the assigned area together.

Thank you for the terrific suggestions!  The astrolabe tower is really striking.  I look forward to seeing that.
