Transfer Advice, Santiago Airport to Valparaiso

I am travelling to Chile in the new year and need to get to Valparaiso from Santiago International Airport. 

I am travelling alone and will have a large bicycle box and one other bag of hold luggage. 

 

Does anyone have any advice on the best way to travel or any useful links?

Please let me know, any help will be greatly appreciated.

We have used SouthExcursions twice and will use them once more in March.
