Cancelled X Excursion; Experiences Of Refund Time

Hi:

 

I cancelled a Celebrity shore excursion on-line a few weeks ago and no refund todate.  I know in the small print in the cancellation e-mail mentions to allow two billing cycles but I'm just wondering what folks have experienced.

 

Cruise is many months away if that matters.

Update: Used twitter &  X rep. advised she needed to look into the delay but would get back to me.  She did within 48hrs and advised me refund would be with me in 5-7days. It arrived 2 days later😀
