Music themed cruise, PLEASE HELP!

Good morning, we have never been on NCL but my DH loves the Blues.

(Not sure how he even came across the cruise). I know 2019 is booked

Can anyone tell me when they open up a booking for 2020? I would love

to get him on the next one!!!!  Do you book online or do I need to call?
