Arts Hotel is wonderful.  Down by the beach with great views.  A taxi is the way to go.  Rates are set from the airport so you can not get ripped off.  Hop on  hop off bus will give a great overview of the city with many stops.   Have fun.

Did you sign up for their emails?  Sometimes there is a code there too.  If you don't put the code in, is there availability?
