Couple of suggestions, I used the app never presented any paperwork, they had an IPAD which scanned each of our names in the app.   Also, when taking pictures take head shots, they had to do ours over which took about 15 seconds.   By the way, the app was great, we could check menus for each restaurant for the entire cruise.  We were in Luminae and ordered many things from the MDR menu.  The app also keeps your folio with all purchases, etc.   Put on the app almost immediately after a sale.
