LorraineP Posted January 4, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 4, 2019 Has anyone stayed in this cabin? Looks like a larger obstructive balcony with some ocean view.
footballmom Posted January 5, 2019 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2019 I’ve booked 4120 and 4122 for the January 13 sailing. I’m interested to find out what they are like. I do think that balcony is a little bigger. But I think we may be really obstructed. I’m hoping for s sliver of a decent view!

footballmom Posted January 22, 2019 #8 Share Posted January 22, 2019 I also included some pictures of the room. There were 3 adults in it and it was fine! Not only did we have a view on the right side of the balcony we also have a bigger balcony.

marcmarc2 Posted May 10, 2019 #10 Share Posted May 10, 2019 Footballmom, you are AWESOME! My sister just booked 4120 for her, BIL and dear nephew for 2021. Your pics are a perfect representation of what they will see/need. I'm going with them; may try to snag 4137 across the hall.
travelqueen101 Posted May 12, 2019 #11 Share Posted May 12, 2019 Just curious if anyone has been in cabin VA6066 on the Statendam. We are a group of 3 staying in this cabin in September. The room configuration looks similar to 4120 as I think the pullout sofa is near the balcony. Any information and/or pictures would be great. Thanks

swin26 Posted October 15, 2019 #16 Share Posted October 15, 2019 We were in 4135 (the same cabin) on the other side. We loved the cabin, larger balcony and location and would book it again without hesitation
mteebuss Posted October 15, 2019 #17 Share Posted October 15, 2019 We were in 4120 in September. It is a big balcony and just partially obstructed with the #18 life boat. I felt we still had a great view. About half unobstructed.

The lifeboat is on the other side of balcony, so maybe a little over 1/2 is obstructed.
SwiftyOWB Posted October 15, 2019 #19 Share Posted October 15, 2019 We have neighboring cabins. Does anyone know if the balconies connect?

mteebuss Posted October 15, 2019 #21 Share Posted October 15, 2019 If you are looking out, the one on the left does. They had it open washing the balconies once. Not sure about the right side though..

sevenseasnomad Posted October 15, 2019 #23 Share Posted October 15, 2019 Unless you're traveling with family or friends who have the cabin next to you, you may want to avoid any cabin with a connecting door. Sound bleeds through the door, and a passenger in one cabin can sometimes hear noise from the second cabin. A consideration you may want to think about. . .
