kjonescat - The luggage storage in every terminal at FLL is run by Bags to Go (www.bagstogo.net) and their hours are 9 am to 5:30 so you don't want t be the first folks off the ship.  Unfortunately the Airport Link of the Sun Trolley (www.suntrolley.com) has been suspended as of last month so I suggest taking a taxi/Uber/Lyft to Las Olas after storing your luggage.  Once there you can visit the shops, galleries and restaurants along Las Olas, ride the Carrie B sightseeing boat (www.carriebcruises.com), hop on the water taxi (www.watertaxi.com), or take the Sun Trolley to the beach.  Just get a taxi/Uber/Lyft back to the airport at 5 to pick up your baggage and proceed to check-in.
