I fly in and out of LaGuardia several times a year and have been doing

so for many many years. That means I have been treated to their new

system for picking up rental cars, airport shuttle, etc. by going through the

marine air terminal for all transfers (due to the construction.)  Now that they

have the new terminal B open is the process still the same? Last time it took

an hour to go from dropping off a rental car to stepping into the terminal.

And it is only 2 or so miles away! Thanks

It's only one concourse, to the best of my knowledge.  LGA remains a mess and will be for years, IMO.
