LATE NIGHT FOOD OPTIONS ON GRANDEUR

It's been a few years since I've been on RC and the last two RC ships I was on were Oasis and Allure with many food choices.

I've more recently been on Carnival with 24hr pizza and ice cream and Princess with 24hr cookies and snacks. I will be on Grandeur

and it doesn't have many dining options. Where and what is available on Grandeur for late night eating? Is room service free?

Thanks!

Does the GOS have afternoon tea?

No

The Park Cafe is open from morning until late with various snacks and meals, depending on the time of day.

WJ tends to be closed for 1 hour between breakfast and lunch, and 1 hour between lunch and dinner.

So MOST times, you can get something from the WJ.

Just a note:  Grandeur's Windjammer closes absurdly early:  8:30

We were told when we were shut out of dinner on GR at 8:45 that the Baltimore crowd liked to dine early. Yes, seriously. We went to Park Café and had some nibbles for dinner. Live 40 minutes from Baltimore, never saw early dinner crowds. Sailing on GR in August, was hoping that WJ time was changed by now.

They think this because it seems to be an older crowd on most of the Grandeur sailings.  It's a shame they don't consider those of us who wants eats later.

Park Cafe on Grandeur is not open all day. It's open for breakfast and then for lunch. It then opens back up in the evening for late night snacks-nachos, pizza.  We usually go up before heading to our cabin after 11, 1130 and grab water or flavored water.  There's always some food out then.

Also, smaller ships have less food choices.  That's just how it is.  It's not because it's an older crowd.  We've been on Vision out of Tampa and it had very similar hours and food.
