Difference between a Bella/Fantastica Balcony

Looking to cruise on the Seaview in May 2020 sailing out of Barcelona. There will be 4 of us, 2 cabins. We won't be using the children's program and we rarely use room service. I don't mind the price difference but is there actually a benefit to getting Fantastica? 

 

I would also like more info on the early and late dining times for Mediterranean sailings. As in what are times? Thanks.

The difference between the cabins is location and experience.  Bella cabins are in what are perceived to be less desirable locations.  EM
