Joebucks Posted January 29, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 29, 2019 I will be traveling out of New Orleans if that makes any difference. The type of wine I want to bring has it's smallest size offered at 1.5 L. My other half isn't going to be bringing any. How does Carnival generally handle this? Rare NutsAboutGolf Posted January 29, 2019 #2 Share Posted January 29, 2019 I saw this yesterday, the poster of this says he took a screenshot and printed it out just in case. "I took off the Carnival Cruise website. https://help.carnival.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2634 Go down to question twelve under FAQs Can I bring on board a box of wine? Answer. A1.5 liter box of wine is permitted for 2 adult guests." So

Pretty easy to open the top of the box of wine then reseal it with a hot glue gun.

It is probably just as easy to open up a cork-bottle of wine, fill it up with a different liquid of similar color, and re-cork it (new cork recommended unless you use a wine-thief opener) with a new plastic heat shrink capsule. I am in no way condoning this, and it isn't like I just thought it up on my own...
