Mini bar charges

Watch your final statements. Just got off symphony and was charged 7.70 for mini bar. There is NOTHING in the mini bar 

I thought they had addressed that issue??

That’s what I thought. 🤔but just got off today and am at airport and received my statement via email. Grrrrrrr

Same here.  Ridiculous if they're charging for items that don't even exist!

All I can think of is that someone wrote down the wrong folio number.

I was charged for bottle of water which I did not drink.  It was on counter not in mini bar.  They gave me credit after I got home and called.

we did have water on the mini bar which we used 2 I believe, however, we are diamond plus and each bottle had a paper tag around it 

that said "compliments of crown and anchor"  I'll call today and let you know what they say

So I called Royal and after some questioning, "are you sure you didn't order room service?"" how about ordering drinks to your room?" etc? They finally agreed to delete the charge.  So how it happened, I have no clue. Just watch your statements after cruising.  :)

I would call and say, "you charged me for a mini-bar item....but there was NOTHING IN the mini-bar, so that is what I'm paying...NOTHING!"
