Has Waxy O'Connor's on 17th street re-opened?

We often eat here when we stay at Embassy Suites in Fort Lauderdale prior to our cruises.

It looks like their website says they are closed for renovations. 

Just curious if they have re-opened yet.

Cruising next week and thought we might go there.

Unfortunately, no.  When we drove past it a couple of weeks ago, it was still under major construction with a fence around it. All torn apart!

They sure do take forever down in Florida with construction. We cruised in September last fall and nobody was working inside the place.
