Murano dining reservations with friends

I would like to know how to make reservations the first night in Murano and add our friends. Would it be possible for me to make different specialty reservations for two now, and have friends join us to make a table of four? Thanks for any help

You generally have to have the reservation number of those you wish to dine with.   Not sure if you can do it on-line but could call celebrity captain's club and indicate you wish to pay for it.

If you make the reservations today for 2 and then decide to change it to be for 4 at a later date, you are subject to availability of tables for 4.  If they definitely want to go with you, reservations should be made now for 4 (you can add them to your reservation, but you need their booking number and you will need to pay for them now).

• We are cruising in May with 3 other couples. I called Celebrity and had no trouble in making a specialty dinner reservation for eight in the Tuscan Grill. Each party was charged for their dinner

Made dinner reservations for 4 at Murano first night.  But after several tries, the website just wouldn't accept the other couple's booking number for some reason.  Easily done through customer service and we got immediate email confirmation on our individual accounts.   I think that is your best bet since you may not be able to switch from 2 to 4.   Books up quickly especially first night.
