on 1 cruise we could not use OBC on gratuity but all the others we could, guess it depends on the offer

Non-refundable obc cannot be used for gratuities or for paying things in advance (like shore excursions). 

Refundable obc can be used for gratuities.

It’s all in the wording.

Is OBC  from  NCL credit card points refundable or non-refundable? Just want to make sure I get the most from my points.

Credit card points are refundable.

My DH just used our $200 obc for a pair of Oakley sunglasses.  Not taxed either.  Also, used for speciality dinner on another cruise.
