What's the closest car rental company to the port of Miami that offers free shuttle service?

Thanks.  Which Budget location is this?  Does National have a location nearby with free shuttle?

Budget and Avis on 2nd street, I think.  National and others offer shuttles between POM and their MIA airport location.

John is correct. As shown in the videos, Hertz, Avis, Budget, Payless are close to each other on SE 2nd St. Just pick one! These are the ONLY downtown locations with free shuttles.

Personally I would stay away from Budget downtown, what a mess.

Downtown Miami locations are relatively small and on turnaround days are usually very busy, especially during the morning hours. It’s so much easier to rent from a company that provides free shuttle service from the Port Of Miami to the large Miami International Airport Rental Car Center which is located directly across from Miami International Airport. The Rental Car Center is open seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. The Rental Car Center has enough employees on duty to handle the crowds and usually plenty of inventory available. Companies that provide free shuttle services are Alamo, National, Enterprise, Dollar, and Thifty. They also provide free shuttle service from the Rental Car Center to the Port Of Miami if you are returning a vehicle prior to your cruise.

If I want to rent from Hertz, is there another location other than Downtown Miami that is not that far?

A $20 Uber will get you to MIA airport, where every agency is located.
