contacting Carnival

I went to the website and clicked "contact" and they only list phone numbers. Does anyone have an email address? We are trying to find out which ships have the new Medallion Internet? The last cruise on the Conquest had no TV (comparatively) and no wifi. We probably will not sail again without sufficient connectivity. I am not asking for your comments on what you do on your vacations. I am just looking for an email address or a list of ships with the new wifi.

Medallion is a Princess Cruise thing, not Carnival.  Wrong cruiseline.
