It's not the same, although I do believe there's a Pasta Bella on Dream. I stopped by but didn't eat at the pasta place on Dream. It certainly was nothing like Cucina that we paid to dine at on Magic & Vista. The Dream does not have Cucina currently.

I heard lunch at Cucino is included, it's just dinner you pay extra for, can anyone confirm this? TIA

I know the Dream has pasta bella. I didn’t eat there for dinner...but for the included lunch it’s the exact same thing with a different name on it.

OK.  The Dream's Pasta Bella does have lunch that is free like on the ships that have Cuchina del Capitano.  The difference is the Dream's Pasta Bella is only for lunch there is no dinner served there.  No Cuchina del Capitano equals no dinner.
