Was recently on the Silhouette and had to leave early because of a death in the family. Would anyone know of an address I can send to commend and thank the Guest Relations Dept. They were very helpful in arranging flights home and assisting us in departing the ship. Thanks in advance.

You may consider calling the Captains Club (1-800-760-0654) and asking them.

Sorry for your loss. I'm pleased to hear that Celebrity helped and handled it well.

 

When I had an issue, I emailed celebrityonetouch@celebrity.com and they responded. I would imagine they would love to hear a compliment after hearing 99% complaints. That email address is what is listed for post-cruise questions/comments on the website.
