Seeking recommendation for liquor store in NOLA

I'm cruising on the Breakaway out of NOLA and would like to take champagne on board.  I've never been to NOLA so I'm unfamiliar with the area.  Can anyone recommend a liquor store near the French Quarters?  TIA.

In the Quarter you can try Vieux Carre' at 422 Chartres St. They have a nice wine selection but do not expect to find bargains any where in the Quarter.

We found that Rouses was very good for anything we needed to pick up. Prices were pretty good for the area.
