Deluxe Drink Package

My husband won a cruise through work on the Mariner of the Seas 3/22/19; it is to include the Deluxe Drink package and a $50 OBC.  Should I be able to see that somewhere on our reservation or is it just loaded on the card?

I'd contact whoever booked the cruise and ask for Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation.

They haven't sent any information out really; I just got lucky since I have sailed on RC previously that cabin information was loaded into my profile already and was able to do online check in :)  I'm just impatient.

You should contact the travel agent that booked the cruise.

Have you gone to the Cruise Planner webpage yet? You should be able to see everything already confirmed there. If not contact whoever you got the confirmation info from and get hardcopies with everything in writing, then call reservations and make sure it is also in your record. You don't want to find out once onboard there is a problem.

Thanks :)  It's pretty cool!  My husband works hard and is away a lot so this is a nice reward.
