Updating spreadsheet

Hi, can anyone tell me please how to update our details on the spreadsheet. Feel a bit daft but have been trying to click on and expand our details but no luck opening it up. Thanks. X

Can you explain what spreadsheet you're talking about?  The only ones I know about are the ones in the 'sticky' threads, which give cabin information, and one maintained by volunteer CC members on roll calls.    Is it one of these or something else?

Are you talking about a google docs Roll Call spreadsheet? If so you just need the link unless the creator hasn't shared it. Most of those just have a few protected rows and individual roll call members can go in and edit or add to their own info. Some are only able to be edited by the creator. In those cases just post the information you want added to the spreadsheet on the roll call and the editor will make the necessary changes/additions.

You need to post this on your Roll Call for the cruise you are doing--search by Ship and then date under the Roll Call section. Your fellow cruisers will help you there.
