Change fee per person?

What does RCCL charge per person to change from one sailing to another, different week, different ship? Non refundable deposit?

 

Was an 11 nighter and switched to a 7 nighter? is it $100 or $200  per person?

What happens if you try to change ship and cruise date after final payment? at the 63 day mark,  is it allowable?

 

Reason I ask is original booking had ALOT of onboard credit on it which I wouldn't want to lose? Is there a work around with RCCL or are they strict when cruise is past final payment.
