cavenger Posted March 20, 2019 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2019 If I had to change dates, would I have to use my travel insurance and undergo the penalty that entails or is it possible that Norwegian will let me change dates without penalty? daveispar Posted March 20, 2019 #4 Share Posted March 20, 2019 I don't imagine, NCL would let you change without a penalty, but, why not, really. If it's not too close to your sail date, it would be a good PR move. Especially, if you're a good previous customer ! Let us know what happens. timf2001 Posted March 20, 2019 #5 Share Posted March 20, 2019 If you are within 120 days, you will be subject to the normal cancellation policy whether you change dates or cancel entirely. Outside of 120 days, you can make changes with no penalties even if you've already paid in full.
BEACHBARB Posted March 20, 2019 #6 Share Posted March 20, 2019 We were paid in full and less than 2 months to sail date when our Mom fell (96 years young) and broke both wrists and dislocated her shoulder. We talked to NCL - we were booked in the Haven for the third year in a row and it was a no go on changing date. Had to go thru insurance which worked out very well. Good luck.
