Ships tours price drop, cancel and rebook?

We are on Baltic cruise ex Southampton in May.

 

Have received an email giving details of 4 day promotion giving 25% of selected tours. It applies to all 6 (x2) booked and works out circa 200UK Pounds cheaper. The online tour brochure says you can cancel for refund up to 24 hours beforehand.

 

Will they refund if you rebook straight away or can you not cancel in those circumstances. There is no mention of a cancellation fee?

I have just cancelled my 3 tours online and rebooked them no problem.

I just canceled my excursion today because I saw the new promotion and the onboard credit appeared instantly on my acct.  I rebooked at the discounted rate

I just cancelled and rebooked a few excursions.  Are Celebrity usually quick to refund credit cards?

I usually see the credit on my charge card in approx. 3 to 4 days but never more than a week.

I just rebooked my excursions and saved enough to book one more.....I love this forum😘

I had booked a few excursions online and then found out that they added many more excursions closer to embarkation. Canceled and rebooked with no issues or charges.
