We are sailing the Celebrity Edge on TA.  My question is:  my husband and I are in one cabin, and my son and DIL in 2nd cabin.  If I buy internet for 3 devices and my son and DIL use 2, can I use one even though I am in separate cabin?

Yes, you just need to share your codes with them.

It is better to look at it as if you are buying a package that allows three devices to be used at the same time.  Multiple users can use the package, but only three devices can be in line at a time.  Therefore if only two devices needed to used at the same time, the three of you could just purchased a two device package.
