Anyone half way familiar with cruising knows tipping is part of the deal.

 

I guess some want the envelope parade back, so they can skip it.

Ncl folks complain because it has gone up at least four times in three years.  We just did math and it was around $170 less on MSC vs ncl haven for 4 over 7 days.  Some ncl pom poms say no big deal but it was spent on some nice perfumes.

Yep. People complain on every cruise line about it. I've seen similar posts on the Carnival and Celebrity boards also. Same people will complain about something else.

MSC is lower than most, but people complain about it on every cruise line that has it. If the line doesn't, they simply raise the price of the cruise an include it.
