Boarding Docs and Cheers

I am getting ready to print my boarding pass and cruise docs.  How will I be able to get a drink with cheers without my S&S card?  It doesn't mention anywhere on the docs that we have pre-purchased CHEERS.  Do you just give room number?  I would like nothing more than walking on and going right to the atrium bar for a cocktail.

They'll scan your boarding pass, and your profile will show that you have Cheers. Bottoms up! 😁

it is already in the system, they can scan the boarding pass or you can give them the room number. 

 

depending on which port you sail out of, they might be a tax on the drink

As others have stated, you can use your boarding pass for any purchases on the ship until you get your S&S card.  My wife and I always start every cruise off with a few drinks at the atrium bar. Love to sit at the bar and watch people board the ship, except on Spirit class ships where you can’t see people board from the bar due to the layout of the ships.
