Epic 4/6 Delayed?

We have friends on the Epic leaving Port Canaveral today.

But it looks like she hasn’t left yet. We’re watching the PC webcam.

It doesn’t even look like there are people on the decks.

Does anyone know what the delay is?

The Port Canaveral webcam at 6:15 showed Epic still tied up.

Because it’s now focused on a departing Disney ship, I can’t see where the Epic is, although ***** shows Epic still moored.

She seems to have had her share of woes this year!

We are going to have a great time next week! I can’t wait!

Yes we are.  Can't wait.  Delay or no Delay - It is what you make of your trip.  I just love being on a ship.  Are you going to the meet & greet or Pub Crawl?  Count down has begun.

Hopefully this weeks cruise is fun for all.  and next week even better.

We didn’t sign up for either. This is our first cruise ever and I was overwhelmed with just planning our excursions, dining, and shows! Hopefully if we cruise again I will be comfortable enough to plan for the social gatherings too!

You will enjoy every minute.  Cruising is so much fun.  Hopefully we meet up.  We are traveling with a large group for my sisters 50th anniversary.

The late departure was due to the passing away of a gentlemen. I was in the rear of the ship, the H2O Spice area and a area for us smokers, and I witnessed the crew working feverishly, with both CPR and a defibrillator, attempting to revive the individual. Obviously the ship did not want to announce the death, it sited an medical problem with a passenger. I subsequently found out, from others, that the passenger did in fact pass away and he had been an 80+ year young individual from Britain.
