11:25 am Flight out of FLL

We are returning to Ft. Lauderdale port on 10/6 and I was looking to book a 11:25 am flight home.  Any concerns with not making this flight? Appreciate any input to ease my wife's nerves.

It's a Sunday.  If you are off the ship and in a taxi by 9:30 you should have no issue getting to the airport by 10:00.  It's maybe a 20 minute ride and if you have TSA pre-approval no sweat.  Usually we travel a lot later but we've done an 11:30 flight out of Seattle a couple of years ago.  I checked with our PCC that time and he gave the thumbs up saying anything after 11:00 would work.

I would not be concerned.

 

Celebrity has a Luggage Valet service (for a fee).  You flight must depart at 11:30 AM or later to use to the program.  Therefore I would say that 11:25 AM would not be a problem. (Close enough).

You can easily make an 11:25AM flight.  If you are concerned about timing and want more buffer, just carry your own luggage off around 7:00 - 7:30AM.

We me made a 10:45 flight at FLL with plenty of time to spare on a Sunday during spring break with 8 ships at the port.

We had an 11:30 a.m. flight on a Sunday in January.  We did NOT self disembark and we were at the gate before 9:00 a..m.  I wouldn’t worry.  You should have no problem making your flight.
