fastnloose Posted April 27, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 27, 2019 Hello cruisers, we are shortly in our first suite on Celebrity, and I am told that the concierge from Celebrity will contact us prior to the cruise to enquire about any special requirements. wrk2cruise Posted April 27, 2019 #4 Share Posted April 27, 2019 CS and above should get a call from the shore side concierge anywhere from 2-3 weeks to 2-3 days before the cruise. They can help with anything you ask for once onboard. For example we request memory foam pillows and extra hangers. They can help with specialty reservations. Anything you might ask the cabin attendant or butler for on the first day would be good to mention, they will relay to the ship and it does help these people prepare in advance of your arrival. RetiredCruiser2015 Posted April 27, 2019 #6 Share Posted April 27, 2019 On previous cruises, we received a phone call 3-4 weeks pre cruise. This time it was via an email. It just arrived yesterday ( 4/27) for our 5/19 cruise. It outlined a lot of great information, requested information on any of our arrival information, and requested information on any special requests or needs. It also provided the name and phone number of onshore concierge in case we needed to reach out. I am not sure at what suite level this service becomes available.
