Tinytinkmom Posted May 3, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 3, 2019 We are first time cruisers on P&O, and will be sailing on the Britannia July 20th. We will be staying in Bradford-on-Avon, and taking the train to Southampton the day of the cruise. What time does the port open, and when should we plan on arriving? Thank you! swaddy Posted May 3, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 3, 2019 You will receive a boarding time. You may turn up earlier and be prepared to wait, although you may be waved through if they are not too busy. Earliest time is 12 o clock, latest is about 3.30.
the english lady Posted May 4, 2019 #3 Share Posted May 4, 2019 I think the coaches start arriving at 2pm, so try and get there before then and you should be onboard fairly quickly..hopefully...The last boarding time actually given is 3.30 ,so def before then. sddsddean Posted May 4, 2019 #4 Share Posted May 4, 2019 Don't forget, a bit nearer the time, to check there are no engineering works that Saturday. You can request details for Great Western on this page https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/service_disruptions/currentAndFuture.aspx Simon
