ragethjj23 Posted May 25, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 25, 2019 Anyone have experience with future cruise credit? My wife and I were supposed to cruise this June but we are expecting our first child this October, so we had to cancel. They graciously gave our deposit back as a future cruise credit to be used within 2 years. Now do you have to book and sail within 2 years? Or only book within 2 years? I called royal and they had differing stories so I was curious on personal experience on this.

ragethjj23 Posted May 25, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted May 25, 2019 That’s the thing, never got a certificate. They gave us the cert numbers but we never received the certificates. Maybe because we booked through Costco as our ta (which we won’t do again).
