GoCar Tours

Has anyone done the GoCar Tours?  I'm wondering if it's worth it and how comfortable the little car is.  

Any info would be great.

Never done one but see them in Monterey and San Francisco when we visit.  They look fairly comfortable but all depends on the weather since they are open top.

I think they are awful. CA cities like San Francisco and San Diego are not the place for them. They are not comfortable (very low), you eat exhaust the whole time (crowded city streets), and they are dangerous in my estimation because they are too low slung for city streets.

I LOVED the San Francisco one. My partner and I were in one car and my son and his partner were in another. We had so much fun. My one complaint is just that it was often hard to hear the tour audio over the city sounds

They frown on everything.  The only bridge worth taking one on would be the Bay bridge out to Treasure Island for the view of the city.  Golden Gate's been just to windy most times and really nothing to see on the other side.  Personally, I don't think I would do one in SF.  But, Monterey I would do if the weather was not raining.
