Can you change pvp’s?

My pvp never seems to be in the office when I call and he tells me he will call me back the following day never does. So after a few days I’ll will try back or just say forget it. I have only spoken to him once when I booked my cruise. I just have questions I would like to ask and get answers to. So what’s the process of changing pvp.

You can just call the 800 number. You are not bound to anyone.

Yes, you can change your PVP, just call the 800 number and asked for a new PVP and they will assigned a new person. I have done it before and it works great. Now I have a great PVP for the last 8 years.

The new PVP will probably ask you to send an email saying you are requesting the change.

Better to ask cruising friend for recommendation or you might get another lousy one.
