Concierge Lunch boarding day?

We have never done this so far. May be boarding later than our usual 11 AM next time. What is the typical menu, please?  And I believe they serve from 12-1:30?

On our Constellation cruise in April, the lunch time ended at 1:30. Langley Cruisers kindly provided you with a link to a recent and useful thread. You will be shocked to learn that some of us like the embarkation lunch while others do not particularly enjoy it. 😉
