How do I change my email address in settings?

I'm not sure how, but the email listed in my settings in CruiseCritic is my wife's.  How do you change the email address used?

contact CC admin

they can fix it for you

give them your CC I.D  new & old  email addy

That did it.  They apparently are having a snag with this.  The ability to change an email should lie with the user and they are trying to fix that.  In the meantime, they need to adjust.
