AugustWest Posted January 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2006 Hi, First thanks for all the regular posts, as a first time cruiser I have learned a lot and am impressed with the wealth of information. Question- what types of activities are available on the Ship while it is in port, are there things you can take advantage of with less passengers on board? First Cruise 3/13 Carnival Fascination 4-Day Western Carib.

Cotton Posted January 26, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 26, 2006 A coupla times, I have stayed on the ship at ports I've been to several times. I take full advantage of the almost empty decks. I enjoy the hot tub by myself, actually get to "swim" in the pool, and having my choice of sun worshipping areas! Nice, quiet, and relaxing, so I don't know if there are 'activities' going on or not.:)
kujobie Posted January 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted January 26, 2006 There are some activities going on but of course not as much as on a sea day. There are usually good specials in the spa on port days. Get a massage, yea!
