I was just wondering "why" you keep changing the order under the North American Homeports ?

It seems to flip back-n-forth from alphabetical to random order then back-again and so on.

Shouldn't it just stay alphabetical ?

It is currently alphabetical - earlier the forums decided to jump ship and all of the homeports were hidden in other forum headers  and I had to move them back - but other than that they should not be jumping :)
