I found the name of the hotel by reading through many of the reviews of this excursion.

You can book it here https://cabosanlucascruiseexcursions.com/excursions/cabo-resort-beach-break-day-pass/ but you get credit to use at the pool bar, so you can use it for food and drinks and also get watersports.

I just found the same resort for so much cheaper, $45 for adults and $20 for kids https://cabosanlucascruiseexcursions.com/excursions/cabo-san-lucas-resort-day-pass/  Isn't this the same place?

It looks like the same resort day pass at the same place, but it doesn't include watersports.  Great price tho
