I use Flights by Celebrity very frequently.    The prices will of course vary according to Inventory and Location.   As a general rule for flights within the US I find the prices to be the same as the airline sites.   

 

Internationally it is a different story.   I can usually get a Business Class one way ticket for about 1/3  or more of the price of the airlines or travel sites.   Example would be SFO-FCO (Rome) Business $1,300  on Celebrity as oppose to $5,200 on the airlines site.

A good option for monitoring flights is via Google Flights.    You can set up alerts and anytime the fare changes you get an alert.  You can't book via the but they re-direct you to the airline to purchase.    I use it as a good baseline to go back and check ChoiceAir
