Concierge Class

Recommended Posts

The embarkation lunch is nice. The rest are not really meaningful for me. Anybody can get afternoon snacks and fruit from room service. The bottle of sparkling wine is terrible.  I only opt for concierge on M class ships. On M class, concierge cabins have 20 sq.ft. More space. I only opt for a concierge cabin if it isn’t much in cost compared to standard veranda cabins. I have been in several standard cabin...175 sq ft. and was fine with the size.  I have also sailed in ocean view cabins. Verandas are overrated and never necessary. You can be outside quickly.

I just got off the Summit in a Concierge Class cabin. We did not have the expanded breakfast menu and, in fact, the room service breakfasts were particularly awful. Food was cold and not good - bananas were green, eggs were steam table scrambled eggs or rubbery omelet. Overall the worst food experience on the ship.
