When we were on the ship they served many of the meats pre-cut in those cardboard containers as well as hot dogs. All with condiments already put on them. If you asked for a different piece they would just point to what was already cut sitting under the heat lamps. 

I don't know what made them think that I wanted their special sauce & onions on my beef and many time I just had to empty it on my dish & leave their cardboard container. Not at all appetizing.

Maybe they changed their ways. 

The sandwiches were also pre-made with what they though most people wanted on them. People mostly passed them by.

The desserts were always cold when they should have been keep warm and when told about it the did nothing more then switch on the heater. 

We never had such a poor buffet & when comparing it to the Crown in Feb if was completely different.
